  • How do I register myself?

 

To register yourself, click ‘register’ at the top right corner of the window. You’ll be taken onto a page on which there is title to the left of the page reading ‘create an account’. Fill in the required personal information, select a password and click ‘Create an account’.

 

  • When will I receive my order?

 

After the order is placed, the estimated delivery time for vouchers is 2-3 working days as for delivery time for other products is 3-5 working days. Delivery can be made at any time between 10:00 am & 6:00 pm. No deliveries are made on the weekends and holidays. Incase of any delays, you will be informed.

 

  • How will I pay?

 

We at DealToday provide ease to our customers. We have a variety of options when it comes to payment methods. You can use any of the following options:
- Visa or MasterCard
- UBL Omni
- Cash on Delivery
- Easy Pay

 

  • Can I get a refund for what I ordered?

 

Return & refunds are only provided to customers if there is a genuine problem with the delivered product/service. Every complaint is thoroughly investigated to ensure its authenticity and upon confirmation a refund is authorized as soon as possible.

For service deals, no refunds are applicable after the expiry of the redemption period. For product deals, you have the right to claim a product exchange or refund within 3 days of the product being delivered. A refund is only applicable if the product is returned unused due to damages and manufacturing flaws.

No refund will be applicable if the request is not made within 3 days of the product being delivered.

 

  • Are there any hidden costs or additional charges for product deliveries?

 

There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any product delivery. All charges are communicated to the customer on order confirmation call.

 

  • Can I exchange my purchase?

 

We do not have an exchange policy. However defective products are replaced after carefully examining the product on a note that the product is returned unused and in its original packing. If the product is found damaged due to negligence then an exchange is not possible.

You may receive updates about deals by registering to our website. Once you register you will start receiving regular emails regarding the latest deals in your city. You can also subscribe to our free SMS alerts to get notifications about new deals.

 

  • I lost my voucher, what now?

 

Don’t worry! Simply go to "My Orders" and click "Reprint".

 

  • I changed my mind about what I ordered. How can I cancel my order?

 

Cancelling an order is easy. Just go to "My Orders" and click "Decline".
